| Hey guys, I'm sure a bunch of you have seen my part out thread with my 2+2 tt. Well after I wrecked that I picked up a nice Pearl Yellow 2+0 TT. The previous owner decided that he was going to mess with the manual boost controller and somehow it got turned up to 22 psi on stock everything. I'm not sure if that was the only cause or if that just helped it move faster, but in the end the compression in cylinder 1 could barely make it above 5-10 psi. I just got the engine out on saturday with a little help from the buyer and a lot of help from all the threads on here/3zc. This was my first engine I've ever pulled and it was a blast! Hopefully putting the new one in won't give me too much trouble.

Going to be power washing/ degreasing the bay soon, re-painting some stuff and putting my other tt engine from my red one in. Mod list is going to be: HKS 2.5'' Cat-back 2.5'' testpipes and downpipes AMS exhaust manifolds Koyo Radiator PE 850cc injectors w/300 degree rail Greddy profec b spec 2 Jwt ECU Z1 SMICs Z1 RFLs AMS lightweight crank pulley + hi od pulley NA rear end Megan ss coilovers Stillen upper control arms Will probably be going with a nice southbend clutch and a lightweight flywheel. She's also going to be sitting on some Axis reverbs 18x8.5 front 18x9.5 rear. All advice on mods/ little stuff to do is welcome. This is definitely the most fun I've had with my car in a while.
